Monte Dillow

Monte Dillow is a senior commercial and operational leader with extensive experience driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams across global healthcare and medical technology organizations. He has held executive leadership roles with industry leaders including Abbott, Hill-Rom (Baxter) and Danaher (Cepheid), where he most recently served as Vice President of Sales.

Monte has a proven track record of building and scaling both small and established commercial organizations.  He has successfully led cross-functional teams, delivering growth in complex, highly regulated markets. His expertise spans strategic planning, go-to-market execution, and commercial leadership across diverse healthcare and business segments, including domestic and international markets.

Monte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.  He has three grown children and lives with his wife in Franklin, TN.
